Before we proceed with arranging your vehicle contract hire or consumer credit finance request, please read the following information about our services, fees and cancellation rights.

We are a credit broker, not a lender.
We arrange vehicle leasing and finance through a panel of finance providers. We provide information about available products to help you decide whether an agreement meets your needs. We do not provide independent financial advice.
Returning your signed vehicle order form confirms your instruction for us to provide our brokering services and arrange your chosen vehicle and finance.
The vehicle order form is separate from the hire or finance agreement issued by the finance provider. That agreement sets out your vehicle payments, obligations and rights.
All finance applications are subject to satisfactory credit assessment and approval by the finance provider. Vehicle orders remain subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
We may receive commission from the finance provider or another commercial partner if you enter into an agreement introduced by us.
We will provide a separate written commission disclosure explaining the relevant arrangements, including the nature and amount of the commission we will receive. The amount of commission we receive will have a direct impact on the amount that you pay.
You may cancel your brokering agreement with Pulman Fleet by notifying us using the contact details supplied with your order. We recommend doing this by email, including your name, order reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
*Any cancellation charge will reflect our reasonable costs and losses arising from your cancellation, taking account of costs saved and reasonable steps to reduce those losses, and will not exceed £500.
The 14-day period begins when our brokering agreement is concluded, or when you receive the contractual terms and required information, if later.
For this policy, a confirmed build date means a production date or production week confirmed by the manufacturer or supplying dealership for the vehicle allocated to your order. An estimated build date or anticipated delivery date alone does not qualify.
The vehicle’s status will be assessed at the time we receive your cancellation notice. Where a cancellation fee applies, we will confirm the relevant build status, the charge and payment arrangements in writing.
No cancellation fee applies where you are exercising a statutory right to cancel without penalty, including where an applicable statutory cancellation period ends later.
This policy relates to your brokering agreement with Pulman Fleet. Cancellation or early termination of a separate vehicle finance or hire agreement is governed by that agreement and your statutory rights.
You can choose to collect your vehicle free of charge from one of our centres, or have it delivered for an additional charge.
Delivery charges are confirmed on an individual basis. We will advise you of the cost and obtain your agreement before arranging delivery.
Delivery and collection dates are subject to vehicle availability, completion of the required documentation and confirmation from our team. Please wait for us to confirm your appointment before making travel arrangements.
Cancellation or withdrawal rights relating to the finance provider’s agreement are separate from those relating to our brokering services.
The finance provider will explain any rights that apply in its agreement and supporting documents. Cancelling one agreement does not automatically cancel the other.
For contract hire, you hire the vehicle and will not own it at the end of the agreement.
Nothing in this notice or our Terms of Business limits your statutory rights.
