Having successfully developed and managed leasing operations throughout his career, Simon has built strong relationships with manufacturers, funders, dealer groups, and broker partners across the UK. His expertise covers personal leasing, business contract hire, fleet management, and broker network development.

In April 2025, Simon joined Pulman Group, where he continues to drive growth within the leasing and fleet division, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring customers receive the most competitive leasing solutions available.
