Please read carefully. By using or submitting an application on this website, you are agreeing to the terms that appear below.

You must be eighteen years of age or over and hold a valid full driving licence.

The rates and vehicle data (including images, standard equipment, colour, trim, and any other technical data) contained on this website are provided for information purposes only and cannot be relied upon.
Please always check the manufacturer’s brochures or official website for full and accurate information.
Lead times for factory orders or stock vehicles are estimates only and do not constitute an obligation to supply.

Prices are valid at the point of publication but may be subject to change if support is removed beyond our control.
Pulman Fleet cannot be held responsible should all “special offer” stock be sold or if discount levels are reduced due to demand.
Any application made will be held until rates are confirmed to you in writing before submission.
No vehicle can be secured until a signed order form is in place.

An excess mileage charge (pence per mile) will apply should you exceed the contracted mileage.
This figure will be displayed on your quotation, order form, and finance agreement.
The charge will be clearly presented during the quotation process before an order form is issued.
All excess mileage charges are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
Fair Wear and Tear - As part of your contract, your vehicle will need to be returned in a state that complies with the BVRLA Fair Wear and Tear guidelines.
Anything outside of this will be noted on the inspection report prior to collection of the vehicle.
An invoice for any repairs will be issued directly from the funder.
Additional charges may apply if you terminate the contract early.
Early Termination fees can be requested directly from the funder.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the English courts, unless you are resident in Scotland, in which case the Scottish courts may be used.
