The Financial Conduct Authority is the independent watchdog that regulates financial services. It requires us to give you this document to help you decide if our services are right for you.

Pulman Fleet is a trading name of Mike Pulman Ltd whose registered address is Abbey Road, Framwellgate Moor, Durham DH1 5HA. Mike Pulman Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our Financial Services Register Number is 308745.

We are an Insurance Intermediary, and our permitted business is the introduction of insurance products and arranging finance products connected with the hire of your motor vehicle. About our Finance Services

We are a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders/brokers and their finance products. We are not independent financial advisors; we will provide details of products available, but no advice or recommendation will be made. You must decide whether the finance product is right for you.

We do not charge you a fee for our services. Whichever lender/broker we introduce you to, we will typically receive a commission (Fixed Fee) from them to compensate us for our credit broking services, introducing you to our finance products and services, and helping you with the application and arrangement process.

COMMISSION: For your reassurance, the lenders/brokers we work with could pay commission at different amounts, but the commission we receive does not influence the monthly rental payment you will pay. This payment is made to us directly from the lender/broker.

You will receive written Disclosure of Commissions in Relation to Your Finance Agreement, providing the full details of any commission paid which is included in the overall cost of your finance.

About our Insurance Services

We will only introduce you to Premia Solutions Limited, all the products they offer via their ‘Look After My Car’ App are optional. Premia Solutions Limited is Pulman Fleets approved insurance provider and will not sell your data to third parties – you can read more about how they store and use your data in their Privacy Policy 

We will receive a fixed fee from Premia Solutions Limited for introducing you. You will not receive advice or recommendation from us. If you would not like us to introduce you to Premia Solutions Ltd, please contact us to opt out.

Customer Care, Dispute Resolution and Complaints

We work hard to ensure that the finance and insurance services we offer are fair and that our communication to our customers is clear and not misleading.

We will answer any complaints as quickly as possible but always within eight weeks.

The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) – applicable to insurance services only

We are covered by the FSCS. This means that you may be entitled to compensation from the Scheme if we are unable to meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.

Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 90% of the claim without any upper limit. Further information about compensation scheme arrangements is available from FSCS www.fscs.org.uk/
